In just two years, we’ve avoided over 3,000,000 (yes, we count in millies!) packages with our Refill Points. As an ambitious startup, we are determined to make a global difference. Who we're Looking For 🔍

We seek a Growth Marketeer responsible for experimenting, analysing, and structuring our growth actions. We need someone with performance or online marketing expertise to think analytically about our campaigns and resonate with our target audience. This marketeer should be able to think outside the traditional sales and marketing boundaries and establish the ‘Dripl’ brand on the European map.

What are the Responsibilities? 🎁

  • Growth Marketing: Iterate and experiment with different growth actions, thinking outside the box of traditional sales and marketing tactics.
  • Marketing Automation: Build CRM processes to streamline and enhance customer journeys. Monitor internal dashboards, interpret data, and translate it into concrete actions.
  • Growth Analytics: Track and analyse lead engagement, conversion rates, and channel ratios. Ensure accurate data and let the CRM – HubSpot in our case – do the hard work.
  • Performance Marketing: Utilise performance marketing channels, including paid advertising, SEO, and social media, to drive measurable results.
  • Growth Reporting: Report monthly and quarterly on the funnel and key growth metric.

What do we expect from you? ☝️

  • Your commitment to our mission is paramount. You must be passionate about making a positive impact. If you don’t know what we stand for – check out our mission page.
  • You have initial experience in digital, online, or performance marketing. Terms like paid and organic social media, lead generation, A/B testing, and marketing automation are more than familiar to you.
  • You can analyse growth campaigns across various channels and determine improvements based on data.
  • You can challenge and contribute creatively to Dripl’s content strategy.
  • As a true team player, you collaborate with everyone within our Growth Team to ensure sales and marketing work on the right leads.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Organisational talent and the ability to multitask. Autonomy is synonymous.
  • A hunger (or thirst, in our case) to learn, personally develop, expand your skills, and grow with a rapidly evolving company.
