Hi, 👋🏼 Colin here, one of the co-founders of Dripl.
With Dripl, we are reinventing the beverage industry. We introduce a new way of hydration with minimal climate impact and healthy alternatives in the spotlight.
We have already avoided more than 2,000,000 (yes, we’re counting millies!) packages with our Refill Points. And that’s just a year and a half since we started. That’s right; we are an ambitious startup that wants to make a global difference. The sky’s the limit?
Who are we looking for? 🔍
The Supply Chain Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring a smooth business back-end to enable Dripl’s growth fully. Your mission will be coördinating and optimising the hardware and drinks supply chain, thus providing an availability that meets the fast-growing demand for Refill Points and Dripl Drinks.
What does this role entail? 🎁
As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will:
- Take over full ownership of inventory and order management of hardware and drinks resources.
- Ensure an optimal way of working by improving processes and tools related to inventory, order management, and demand planning.
- Support strategic projects to ensure supply capacity in the short & long term.
- Manage, monitor and report on Maintaining supplier relations and negotiations.
- Ensure the feedback loop on product changes that impact the sourcing of components is proactively managed and adapted, linked to each new Refill Point version.
What do we expect from you? 🖐🏼

- You have a degree in, or strongly related to, Supply Chain or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain management or similar.
- You can navigate CRM/ERP systems and automate processes where necessary. Experience with BI tools is a nice-to-have.
- You daydream in numbers. You know the ins and outs of supply chain KPIs and how to track and report them.
- You’re an Excel Wizard, Harry 🧙♂️
- You’re not afraid of being hands-on when necessary. Supply Chain Coordination can be pretty literal at times.
- You also have organisational talent and can juggle multiple tasks at once. Autonomy is a synonym.
- English, Dutch and French, as we are active throughout Belgium and Netherlands and have partners abroad. Luckily, lemonade is just limonade in French. You’re going to be okay.
- Hunger (or thirst in our case) to learn, develop yourself personally, expand your skillset and grow with a rapidly evolving company.
