Do you want to help banish disposable plastic packaging and save our planet?
What we do
Reinvent the beverages industryto make it more sustainable.
Dripl is leading a Refillution in the beverages industry. We are going for healthier drinking, without disposable plastic packaging. We are establishing a new status quo.
Our enthusiastic team has already convinced more than 100 organisations in Belgium and the Netherlands to opt for a packaging-free Refill Point. As a result, we have already avoided a total of more than 400,000 packages.
How we do it
At Dripl we dream of a planet without disposable packaging. To achieve this, we put together a passionate team of problem solvers.
We aim high
We make no concessions when it comes to recruiting or developing our skills during our journey. We create a place where everyone dares to be vulnerable and open, where we empower each other with feedback.
We give ownership
At Dripl you have full ownership of your responsibilities. We believe it strengthens and improves your work and your mental well-being.
A start-up and a healthy work-life balance don’t go together? Wrong – at Dripl they do. We opt for flexibility, the right to deconnect and generous compensation.
Perks & benefits
We improve our business by helping you grow. Think mentoring, training, growth plans and constructive feedback.
We offer a competitive salary package, attractive benefits and an interesting stock option package.
You literally become a co-owner. You get Dripl shares and thus really become part of the mission.
A close-knit team
We do not only go bowling (that too, of course) but also plan regular (ski) trips, workations and celebratory brunches.
A fancy office
A fantastic view of the Brussels skyline, fortnightly yoga sessions, our office dog Marcel and 4 kinds of plant-based milk for your iced cappuccino or matcha latte.
Our open positions
Don't see your dream role listed, but would like to help build the Refillution? Take a chance!
We are always looking for talented, dedicated, positive people to join us in the fight against disposable packaging.
