Hi πŸ‘‹ this is Tim, Dripl’s Sales Lead.

With Dripl, we are reinventing the beverage industry. We are introducing a new way of drinking, with minimal climate impact and healthy alternatives in the leading roles.

To date, we have been able to avoid almost 500 000 (yes, five with five zeros!) packs with our Refill Points. This, even though we were founded a year ago. That’s right, we are an ambitious start-up that wants to make a global difference. The sky’s the limit?

Who are we looking for? πŸ”

We are looking for a fully-fledged sales representative. A Dripl evangelist who doesn’t shy away from spreading ‘the Dripl word’. You are responsible for spotting the perfect new customers and warming up these cold leads. But also taking care of our future customers and guiding them through the (well-filled) sales pipeline.

In technical terms, we are looking for a generalist B2B sales profile, who has knowledge of both outbound lead generation and inside sales.

You simply can’t make a more direct impact. Because of you, that old-fashioned, disposable, drinks machine will be thrown out, and a fantastic Dripl Refill Point will be shining in every company cafeteria. βœ¨

What is the scope of this role? 🎁

    • Prospecting. Scouring the market and mapping out new potential Dripl locations. Manufacturing companies, tech-savvy scale-ups, co-working spaces, you know where to find them.

    • Lead generation. Calling, emailing, connecting on linkedin and so on with the right people within these organisations. Fixing appointments and filling the sales pipeline!

    • Inside sales. You also follow up on these appointments yourself. From the intake call to answering frequently asked questions to receiving the signed agreement.

    • Analytics. Correctly tracking the KPIs, keeping an eye on them and reporting in proportion.

What do we expect from you? πŸ‘©πŸ½β€πŸš€

    • Our mission is number one. You have to get excited about making a positive impact. Don’t know what we stand for yet? Read the future of soft drinks here. And in the meantime, learn it by heart, you’re going to be telling it A LOT. πŸ˜‰

    • 2 years or more of sales experience is ideal to have enough challenge in the job and at the same time be able to cope independently.

    • An appetite (or thirst in our case) to learn, to develop yourself personally, to expand your skillset and to grow in a fast-evolving company.

    • You also have organisational skills and can keep several balls in the air at once. The stereotypes of a start-up are true, there is chaos, you are doing many things at once and you will have to help keep everything in order. Independence is a synonym.

    • Dutch, French and English. We are active in Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia. Fortunately, lemonade in French is the same as in Dutch. You will be fine.

    • Being a good talker.

    • But also a very good listener. You know when to let your customer do the talking and where Dripl adds the most value for them. Listening to your team is also great, we’re in this together and we’re open to constructive feedback.

    • Being a CRM wizard πŸ§™πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ You are ‘future-proof’ and can automate where necessary. Knowledge of Hubspot is an advantage.

    • Marketing knowledge. Since sales and marketing being separated is an old fashioned way, you need to have basic marketing knowledge and be able to talk to the Dripl marketers.

  • Although you will quickly get to know the whole team, you will work most closely with me, Tim πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

  • We expect you to be available full time.

  • We operate from Brussels. Our office is easily accessible by public transport. Flexibility is guaranteed.
